House is great. Two full bathrooms and three bedrooms was perfect is perfect for three couples or a family. Very cozy. Highly recommend.

Roger is great to work with, proficient, responds immediately. we were a family of four adults and one 10 month old and a three-year-old dog. Plenty of room for everyone, very comfortable inside.

Roger is easy to communicate with and is kind The home was perfect for our visit to boston. Easy to find and there is parking so cars do not have to be on the road for pickups. Walking distance to food and not a far distance to go to quincy, downtown and other areas!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and spacious, had all the amenities & appliances you could want/need - there was even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. Convenient location - easy to walk to restaurants, stores, etc, and close to public transportation (great for day trips into Boston). Proactive and helpful communication from the host, who was also quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Roger's house was super spacious, clean and open. The furniture was comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated the full coffee bar!! Two full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms is amazing amount space if you have 2 people or a bunch of people! A/C in the bathrooms and master might be a good idea if there continues to be those lengthy heat waves! The neighborhood where the house is located is a little quirky: there's an auto body on one side of the house and a lumber yard across the street with workers coming and going. That being said the location was great - we had friends close by in Weymouth and we were right down the street from 'main street' Braintree as well as shopping centers and restaurants. Roger was super responsive and was even able to snag us an early check-in. Appreciate his great communication!

My husband was scheduled for surgery at Tufts Medical Center and the location of this property was perfect. We were both anxious and stressed about the upcoming procedure. It was so nice to have such a beautiful, comfortable place for ourselves and our 2 precious dachshunds. My husband had to stay at the hospital which left me alone at the house. I felt safe, comfortable and the owners were available to answer any questions I had. Thank you for making a stressful time more comfortable

Roger’s place was great! Very convenient location near Boston and Plymouth and other Massachusetts locations. The house itself was clean and provided perfect space. Roger was a great host.
