This home is a gem with all you can ask for. Roger was extremely helpful and very quick to respond. This is a very comfortable house and he is professionally private. We had a long weekend stay and it felt like home to us. Thank you for that Roger!! We greatly appreciated your hospitality.

Roger's place was outstanding and he was an exceptional host. We couldn't have asked for a cleaner more cozy place. During the trip my father hurt his leg and when I reached out to Roger on where I could get a wheelchair, he appeared with one the next morning. Often these reviews are about the place, but I would be remiss if I didn't mention the quality of Roger the person!

Very pleasant, comfortable and easy access to where we needed to go. Beds are very comfortable. Living room and dining area have open spaces to have meals comfortably. Rogers description was perfect. We definitely will be staying here again. Thank you, Roger!

Roger is an excellent host!! My team and I were there for a couple of weeks and he checked in to make sure we had everything we need for a comfortable stay. We had an issue with the microwave and he took care of it right away.

The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving getaway. It was roomy enough to fit all 6 of us including our dog, without being on top of one another. The home is beautiful and cozy, and the amenities are top notch. Although the actual holiday meal was somewhere else, we were able to cook several of the side dishes in the well stocked and maintained kitchen. What made me the happiest was how clean every inch of the house was. That's important to me and this place went beyond my expectations. Roger was a wonderful, communicative host, that met all of our needs.
Since we have family living nearby, we will definitely be booking with him again!

Our stay at Northstar was wonderful! Roger was a fantastic communicator and the accommodations were exactly as described. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were some of the best outfitted that we’ve ever experiences. Definitely recommend this spot if you need something in the greater Boston area!

We loved our stay at the cottage in Cohasset! Cozy, nice location close to downtown Cohasset, convenient for visiting family, close to the commuter rail into Boston, quaint and nicely appointed. A few things needed some tweaking, but overall this is a really nice and comfortable place to stay on Boston's south shore and in our favorite little New England town. Roger is a really nice guy and excellent communicator. We really didn't need much, but definitely felt like Roger would have been on top of any request. We traveled with our 9 pound cavapoo dog "Nebbi", and she felt right at home. There was even a dog bowl and tennis ball for her to play with. Parking is a bit tricky, and directly on the main road, but very workable once you get the hang of it. There's nice outdoor space and nicely walkable to the neighborhood's private little beach cove. Highly recommend the space, and enjoyed being close to the Cohasset restaurants and coffee shop.

I can't say enough good things about this home. It truly exceeded all of my expectations. The house was incredibly spacious, immaculately clean, and had such a cozy and homely ambiance that made me feel right at home. The attention to detail and care for the property were truly evident in every corner. I also want to mention how fantastic Roger was as a host. So easy to communicate with and consistently responsive to any questions or concerns I had. His hospitality truly made my stay special, and I have to say, he is the best Airbnb host I've experienced. It was an unforgettable experience, and I look forward to the possibility of returning in the future. 😊
